Ok, excited to try and build to webgl with 5.3. But under BuildSettings if I choose WebGl I see 'No WebGL module loaded. Googled but found nothing. What gives?

Looks like the issue is if you download the editor only. Gotta do the full install! See you guys in an hour or so! lol

Yep! Now that the installer is module don't forget to check all the things! (that you want to build with anyways)

    Hi!

I wanted to play around a bit, making a game. I made the same mistake, didn't check anything.

Is there any way to install modules in a modular fashion? Or do I have to reinstall the whole thing to get the build support I didn't check when installing last time?

Firstly make sure that Unity installed in the default location and that the folder is called Unity.
You can run the download assistant again and uncheck everything (including the editor) apart from the modules you need.

Cool protip! More of a workaround than support for modularity, but it should save my day at least! Thanks for your quick response! :)

These are the first steps, in the future we hope to add these modules to the module manager inside the editor to save from returning to the download assistant.

Why not try clicking "Open download page" underneath the "No web module" notice?;)

Sorry if this is necroposting but I really need help. So I downloaded the WebGL file that it downloadeds when I click "Open Download Page" button in the Build Settings of my game. But after I downloaded it at the default location it still says that there is no module, please help. Thanks!

Try to remove/ delete the file you dowloaded from the "Open Download Page", make sure that Unity is installed in the default location, find here https://unity3d.com/get-unity/download/archive the unity version you use, download the application manager and check only the webGL. Restart Unity and try to a webGL build.

To Fix This Without Uninstalling Unity Editor, Delete The modules.json File In The Editor Folder & Restart Unity Hub.
