I am using the 2019.4.0f1 version of Unity. I want to start using VR, but inside the Player's option I am not getting Virtual Reality supported option. Screen Shot 2020-06-09 at 11.24.03 PM.png

Have you tried to collabse "Other Settings" and expand "XR Settings"? There hides the old VR Settings before the "XR Plugin Management" came around and the way to go when using OpenVR or SteamVR at the moment.

Or has this changed I am still on 2019.3.10f1 ?

Thank you so much for a quick reply. It helped. I missed that option. In my course it instructed me that it is under Other settings.
One other issue, even if I select the VR option, still my main camera does not change.
Im sorry I am very new to this. Screen Shot 2020-06-10 at 10.29.22 AM.png Screen Shot 2020-06-10 at 10.29.13 AM.png Screen Shot 2020-06-10 at 10.29.13 AM.png

I am glad it helped. I only use PC Standalone with OpenVR and I see the main camera settings are not changing as well, but still it is tracked and renders to the HMD.
