No valid license error, after activating license.

I am just trying to install and learn a bit about unity, any time i create a new project i get the error about having a valid license.

I have activated my license in the hub and i still got the same error.
I tried manually activating a new license and i got the same error.
i uninstalled the hub , restarted and tried the above steps again.

i still get the same error see attached photo

Installed the cracked version, everything works now.
