No Unity Launcher on new Samsung Smart TV

    I recently purchased a Samsung Smart TV, partially for the purposes of developing for the platform. However I am unable to find a way to even test builds on the TV. In the Unity Documentation I discovered that you must install a Unity Launcher onto the TV from the Apps Page, but the Unity Launcher is not there.

    I've put the TV into developer mode and I've tried Build and Run with the TV's IP in the build settings, and no dice.

    Does anyone have any information on how to test builds on a newer Samsung TV?

    Help is much appreciated.

    I've just discovered that the new Samsung Smart TV's use Tizen, and so Samsung Smart TV Build Target is obsolete. Hopefully this thread helps others wondering the same thing.

    Unfortunately, Samsung 2017 TV models does not support Unity Games. And your TV is one of them.
