Bug No unity editor is launching

This problem started happening last night,
I was using unity normally, then i tried to open another project with the same editor it didn't open, It just gets to the loading screen saying:"Registering packages" then closes, I tried to open it and it either doesn't open or gets to the packages part then crashes. I tried Installing another editor completely but still the same issue. Please help me because i tried every possible solution, including opening the scene externally and uninstalling the hub and opening the project without it, I can't even create a new project.

 

What happens if you disable your internet entirely and try to open the editor? Also, look for the unity error log and supply it here so we can give better advice.
