No touch on button when touchscreenkeyboard is open?

    I am trying to make a chat application in unity? After I open the touchscreen keyboard by clicking inputfield, when I press the submit button, only touchscreenkeyboard closes and message is not send. I have to press the send button when keyboard is closed to make it happen. How can i avoid it?

    Hello, In 2023 this Problem still exist is There Anyone who has solved the Problem Let me Know If Anybody have Solved this issue. Will appreciate Your Effort,
