I have attempted to upgrade my Unity installs to both 2021.3.28F1 and 2022.3.4F1 and when i try to edit any sprite I get the "No Sprite Editor window registered. Please download 2D Sprite package from Package Manager".

Yes, I've checked multiple threads with the same issue... and I have confirmed that "2D Sprite" v1.0.0 is in fact installed as per the Package Manager. I have also attempted to install every other 2D package (2D Animation and others) to no avail. I have also attempted to delete all the "...Cache" folders and the "Library" folder from my project; still happens.

As stated, this is happening on at least two different versions of Unity I have installed on the same system.

It use to work on 2021.3.15F1 but I admit I last ran it a long time ago and a lot may have changed on my system. This happens on any sprite I try, even on sprites I have edited in the past and on both "single" and "multiple" sprite types.

I recommend posting this issue in the "2D" forums, since it's specific to 2D Sprites and has nothing to do with Windows itself.
