No Smoothe Screen Space Reflection(SSR) in HDRP

    I am using SSR in post effect but in HDRP it not looking smooth and fade out like built in renderer.
    How do I fix it ?

    Play a bit more with the settings, it can get slightly better than that.

    But unless something changed in recent HDRP versions, it really doesn't get too much better than what you have.

    In my limited testing (and I'll freely admit to be wrong, although I haven't seen a lot of evidence on the contrary), HDRP's SSR implementation seems pretty bad.

    Im tired to play with settings, and that a max result i get with kinda of smoothing reflections on HDRP SSR.
    .

    Hi, we are aware of the various limitation of our current SSR implementation and are working on improving it.

    Nevertheless it's funny, I would think the screenshot titled with Built-In is HDRP and vice versa. But actually not. So Built-in wins cleary on visuals in this example. :)

    To be fair, this depends a lot on your application. I personally never got anything usable out of the PPv2 SSR (but there are better alternatives than PPv2 SSR even if you use built-in).
