No release channel menu, even with alt+click

My webplayer no longer has the release channel menu with alt+ right click. I've tried every combination of key and mouse click and it does not come up, and as such I cannot attach a debugger.

I have searched through the registry, and found the entries for "UnityWebPlayerDevelopment" and set all occurences to yes, and the entires for "UnityWebPlayerReleaseChannel" and set all of them to "Dev" but I still cannot attach a debugger to the webplayer, only the Editor or standalone builds show up as options.
