Question No payout, problem Delay Payout Revenue

As the title suggests, this month I'm experiencing huge delays in payments, I usually receive payments from unity every 15th of the month, but this month still nothing everything is blocked, or I immediately contacted unity assistance and opened a ticket but still no response , I don't understand what's happening, I had the same problem last month and I had reported assistance this anomaly in late payments I thought they had solved the problem but this month even worse than the previous month, the payment is always anticipated by an email confirming that been approved but nothing has been received, using PayPal payments are paid every 15th of the month to date we are on the 17th still, nothing, someone is experiencing the same problem? Yes , same problem here, as long as you have status "in progress" on your published page , you fine.
Also PayPal have a delta 5 business days. So payment will be until this Friday for 100%. And make sure your payout info is validated, just in case.

the second time this problem occurs, but this month it got worse, unity always sent an email 7 days before receiving payment, but this month it didn't even receive this email, this means that the problem is not due to PayPal but the automatic payment system unity itself, which has not yet authorized any payment, the strange thing is that I always received payments on the 15th of the month, furthermore my status for receiving payments is updated and validated.

 

I have been publisher for 5 years and yes always got payouts on 15th morning exact time , for past 4-5 months its delaying for 1 day and this month 2 days delay so far.

 

Yes exactly, I too am a publisher in 2017, the maximum delays on payments was one day or the 16th, but it had never happened in 6 years that payments jumped beyond the 16th and being today the 17th it seems to me anomalous, also because o contacted support who manages finances and still o received no response to this issue so they may not know what is going on.

 

I wrote to support the same day and got response. They say "There may be delays due to U.S. weekends and holidays" and we just have to wait.

So i contacted them again. Responce = "I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing delays with your payout. Due to system maintenance, the payout will be delayed for a few days. Our team is working on it and you should be able to receive the payout within 1 week. I appreciate your patience and undertanding."

I really hope that this is a one-time event.

 

It is already the 18th and the payments have not yet been made. I don't think it's ever taken me this long to receive a payment from Unity.

I got similar answer 2 days ago. We have to understand ,its just a support specialist , non technical staff, they telling us what they have to in any trouble - delay cases. They don't have a details. Other ways this system maintenance \ weekends info was posted somewhere in public.

Don't think they know. That's why there is no straight answer from support.

 

HI, If this is the case it's really frustrating, we publishers have to wait for payments without knowing the exact day anymore, I just hope that at least by this weekend they can release the payments, and we don't have to wait for next week as well.

From what I understand, no one here guarantees us an exact day of disbursement of money.

 

According to last payouts , December payment should be in 3-4 hours , after Payout request approvement email (Which has already come).

I already have 3 months revenue delay. Last payment was in December. Assistance keep silence for three weeks. Hope that Asset store is not going to collapse like financial pyramid (((

 

Hi, I can confirm that this morning I received the payment from unity like every 15th of the month via PayPal.
Are you using PayPal to receive your payments?
Payments with PayPal are released every month every 15th of the month to be exact, sometimes there has been a delay by unity of 1 or 3 days.
