No option to add UI button to 2d game

I am new to unity. Using version 4.5.
I am making game and I want to add buttons. In almost every tutorial there is option in
Hierarchy-->Create-->UI-->UI components.. OR
Gameobject-->Create UI-->UI components..
But in my environment I could not find it anywhere. How can I add button. Please help, I am really stuck from 3 days. Search everywhere.
Plz help.
