    I really wonder how you want ot achieve this in how many weeks / months, cause I am doing something similar for my game (Police Tactics) and it is hard, lol... if your system could save me sometime, I would be interested... but how you think you will handle Ai / Car system... I think these parts are most difficult and you did not mention it.
