From Unity Menubar, Window->Lighting->Settings does not seem to open.
I've tried various Layout including close all but Scene tabs, reboot, reinstall.
    Version 2017.4.11f1.
    I'm studying various courses, frequently swapping Unity across monitors - 1 3840 x 2160 through KVM, 2 1920 x 1080 DVI direct.
If it is opening off screen then what should I do?
If a clean install is best then I've done that before including backup Asset Store, re-enter Serial code. My question on this would be whether it is a good idea to go with 2018 or stay on LTS?

    Thanks in advance.

    EDIT:
Wanting to complete a lecture as part of a Shader course I un-installed Unity, deleted all Unity directories under AppData then installed 2018.2.13f1. Light Settings emerged so I docked in onto the Inspector Panel.

As far as my version question, I've been on Unity for around 4 months and was concerned about Assets I have bought raising deprecation warnings. I have a main project to test my own assets which has the most essential assets I've bought off Asset Store - there were numerous console entries when opening in 2018.2.13f1 but all resolved. If any other assets don't upgrade then I'll fix, seek help or find alternatives.
