No Library cache found - ALL assets will be re-imported.

    Hi,

    Since my project is well over 1 GB in size, and import time takes at least an hour even on strongest workstations, I've been using library cache option in cloud build.
    However, for the last week, all my builds are re-building the cache no matter what option I choose.

    As it can be seen, I've set the cache library.
    It takes around 11 hours to take a build, with auto-build enabled, getting my latest change to be able testable takes at least 3 days now.

    Any way I can fix this? Or is it related to UCB?
