    Hello Unity Forums,

I've reached a roadblock in my current project. I downloaded ARFoundation and ARCore/ARKit (XR plugins) and every time I try and run a basic image target recognition project, it tells me "No Image Tracking Subsystem Found, This usually means it's not supported."

I get no info online for how to fix this, I think it means that there is no subsystem installed that supports image targets, but ARCore/ARKit should do this, right? If not, what do I need to install to make it work?

    Thank you for your help!

EDIT: I believe the error comes from the fact that my PC doesn't have any way to do image tracking, as the app builds on my phone just fine. It halts code execution though, so I can't test anything on the PC, and debugging on the phone is virtually non-existent. Anyone know how to ignore the error/get a subsystem that my PC can use?

I have the same problem now. however, when Unity halts execution simply press on the Pause button to continue the execution. It's annoying yeah. have you find a solution?

It seems like what you're describing is enabled 'Error pause' in the Console window. Disable it, and the Editor will not pause the execution on error:

There are several alternatives available on the market to test AR in Editor, including the AR Foundation Editor Remote.

A set of reference images. When you start an image tracking subsystem, you will first need to provide it with a library of reference images so that it knows what to search for.click here
