    Hello everyone!

    Here's the first look of the prison map in-game. The map is WIP, so it will be improved.
    The gun customization system was vastly improved, with new menus and it's finally working in-game (no more of the old weapon customization).

    Will there be any total destruction? Like maybe, you call air support on a certain area, so it would be in ruins afterwards. Same goes with grenades, mines, rock launchers, etc. Would be pretty cool to see some total war.

    I'm not seeing any emphasis on building maps for parkour are you guys planning on still doing this or, whats going on with that?

    Here's a sneak peak at the new Weapon Selection menu (WIP).
    The menu is accessable through the initial menu and in-game.
    The weapon customization system is still the same, in 3D, it was improved and has more weapons to customize.

    The character movement was also drastically improved, behaving more naturally and not so fast.

    More info coming soon regarding classes and customization.

    I've been following this for a while now and i have to say that for such a small team, THIS IS INCREDIBLE!!! Well Done.

    This also inspired me to make an fps with unity for my friends and i. The first version was pretty bad admittedly!
    I've got a nice system setup for my next version but i'm now curious as to how you have the player to gun animations linked within your game.
    Do you have two separate models and animation groups for the gun and player and then are they synchronized or is there another way??

    Some changes were made to the customization room and added some image effects to give it a better look.
    The customization system still works the same, by disassembling the gun and changing the attachments.

    There are currently 288 possible combinations to customize your M4A1, and there will be many more in the future.

    How does the damage system work? Does 100 = dead player?

    Having fun testing grenades





    Yes, players have 100 health, but there are some multipliers to different parts of the body and headshots are a one hit kill. There will also be armor, but it's not implemented yet.
    I might change how the health system works, and add innovative elements to it.

    Maybe a helmet that results in you only being dropped to 1 health w/ the first headshot?

    Also, that picture brings a whole new meaning to the words "rag doll." :)

    We haven't been posting video updates because my laptop's fan broke about 2 weeks ago and i'm now waiting for a new fan to arrive, so i can't play/record/edit videos until i get a new fan. I can still work on the game (programming) but can't do much more than that or my laptop will melt...

    Anyway, here's some of the new features that will be in the next update (there might be more features):

    - Much improved character movement,
    - Completely new Weapon Customization system and Weapon selection menu (everything working in-game),
    - New Spawn Menu,
    - Grenades,
    - 45 degree weapon sights,
    - Many optimizations,
    - New attachments.

    Here's a sneak peek at the new WIP spawn/in-game menu.

    - I also vastly improved the recoil of weapons, giving it a more realistic feel and smooth animation,
    - 45 degree iron sight is also implemented,
    - Improved grenade explosions.

    Some good news
    I already have the new fan for my laptop, so i can work on the game as i normally would.
    We will also try to make the new update, hopefully next weekend.

    I also improved the character movement and weapon controll (very different from what it was, with some new features).

    New update #40!



    Changes in this update:

    - New spawn and weapon selection menu,
    - New weapon customization system,
    - Vastly improved character movement and weapon movement, giving a more realistic feel to the game,
    - Implemented the 45 degree iron sight, there will be many more 45 degree sights in the future,
    - Improved sniper scope model,
    - Every weapon feels different to handle,
    - Implemented grenades,
    - Vastly improved recoil, feels much more natural, realistic and dynamic,
    - Many bug fixes and script optimizations

    Would be nice to have an option that would allow bodies and blood to remain still on the battlefield, instead of disappearing. Imagine how many bodies there will be on the streets alone..amazingness.

    Love it! Only problem I see is that using a 45 degree mounted sight on a bolt action rifle like that would cause you to take a bolt to the neck every time you rechamber a round if you stayed aimed down the sights.

    I'm glad you added this. I really hope you make hand to hand combat more advanced then what battlefield has. I would be nice to have something other then sneak, stab, run.

    Yes we will be making a more advanced hand to hand combat.

    Probably not.

    We will be releasing the alpha multiplayer for everyone to test, hopefully at the end of this year.
    We will be uploading a new gameplay video soon.

    I do not know if any others have noticed but your video on youtube of the speed model of the aa-12 is gone??? I really liked it and wanted to see it again. Also what update video showed the aa-12, I cannot find the one? Thanks! Nice job with updates.

    You are probably tired of seeing ocean screenshots, but this is the last one :)
    This is a comparison between the old and new ocean, as well as low quality vs high quality.
    It's still not finished, so it will be improved.

    We will also be changing the island just a bit, so the ocean is more noticeable to give a better visual experience.

    I've been changing the island, adding more variety to the environment and removing the gigantic low quality walls.

    Luís has been remaking the prison map from the ground up, since we weren't happy with the layout and scale of the map when we tried it out. We will show you the progress soon.

    We create every asset in Blender and import into Unity. Then everything is placed in the scene.

    We removed it since it had details about the donations that don't apply anymore, so we decided to remove it to not confuse anyone.

    Hello everyone

    I have a new desktop PC and i'll be using it to develop the game and record the videos, so everything should be smoother now.
    Here's the previous specs of my laptop and the new specs of my new PC:

    CPU:
    OLD: Core 2 Duo T9400 @ 2.53GHz -> NEW: Quad Core i5-3570k @ 3.40GHz

    GPU:
    OLD: Nvidea 9700M GT with 512MB-> NEW: Nvidea GTX 650 with 1GB

    RAM:
    OLD: 4GB @ 800 MHz -> NEW: 8GB @ 1333MHz

    With this new PC, we will be capable of creating a much higher quality game.

    Great things coming!

    First of all, here's a screenshot of the game in action using my new PC.

    Second, here're some key features we will be implementing in our game, differentiating ourselves from others and making our game unique like implementing hand and knife takedowns, a more in-depth parkour/free running system, first person character shadows, in-depth character and weapon customization, innovative ranking and unlocking system, and many more.
    Obviously we can't make everything in one single update, we will be introducing these features though future updates.
    Luís is also working on the prison map, he will be showing it in the near future.

    We will also make a new gameplay video soon in a new section of the island.
