No Collaborate Tab 2020.2.1

    I updated my project to a new commit last night with the collaborate tab there and this morning without changing anything my collaborate tab has disappeared. I am still in the same Teams seat with even a manager role and I have the package manager tab and the collaborate package installed. I also have strange blank compiler errors that previous threads about this topic seemed to have. Screenshots below. This was resolved in previous threads by installing the package manager, yet I have the package manager and have always had the package manager. Please help me.
