"No campaigns" in control panel?

Hello, I just published my first App with Unity Ads inside:

And I did set up the URL for the App in Control Panel, but after I did this, it continues showing "No campaigns" in the games list.

When I was testing the App, If I turned off the Debug mode for ads, It was showing real ads. And now, it show real ads too.

But I wonder if I need to set up something more to make money with the ads, because of "No campaigns" message.

Maybe it is related to these "Ad campaings" to promote my game?:

Yes, it is related to campaings to acquire users. unity-nikkolai confirmed this to me.
