So I have been trying for DAYS to figure out how to export 3ds max animations into unity. Currently it just opens the file and doesnt play the animation at all. I have tried everything but cant seem to work it out. If there is a way to do these animations in unity that would also be amazing. So I am trying to animate boxes that move with a dummy object when moved around. Looks like this tutorial: How do I export this into unity? Or is there a way to do this in unity? I am a bit new to unity in general so I would appreciate even the keywords needed to try and find what this type of scripting is called? Is it called a trigger? Thanks!
