No ad for our ios version

    No idea why our ios version show 0 ad for a long time, is it related to the ios 14?

    Which Ads SDK version do you have integrated into your game? You should update to latest to have better support for iOS 14

    We have updated the SDK version in August, it should be the latest version, is there a way we can figure out the SDK version from the Unity dashboard?

    In that case, you probably need to contact our support team, see https://unityads.unity3d.com/help/help/contact

    Then they can help actually look at your data, to see e.g. Ads SDK version, and possibly other reasons why you aren't seeing ads
