No Access You are not registered as an Asset Store Publisher.

I gonna be creazy!!

when I'm going on this page https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/ I click on publisher login and then it's send me on this page https://publisher.assetstore.unity3d.com/sales.html, so I click on this link How to become a publisher and submit content. and this is send me on this page https://unity3d.com/fr/asset-store/sell-assets. So I clicks on the like for become a publisher and this return me on this https://publisher.assetstore.unity3d.com/sales.html and the circle is finish!!
so it's impossible to create my publisher account!
I saw some people who the same this happen and they never get answer!
So if some one get the god solution, I will very thankful
