No access to Exception Reports

    Hello,

    I am getting this error message whenever I try to access exception reports:

    You currently have no access to exception reports. See our store for purchasing options and benefits.

    A few days ago I was able to get the reports, but as of a couple of days ago I cannot. The roles in our organization have not been changed.

    Any ideas?

    Hi, I got the same issue for Game Performance !!!
    I almost every time get the message :
    "You currently have no access to exception reports. See our store for purchasing options and benefits."
    by access exception reports, but I had ever access exception reports seldom times.(but may get this error again by refresh page)
    Whats the matter..?

    [ Unity 5.4.3p2 with Pro Subscription 5.x license]

    Hi, thanks for the reply, but I just solved this issue. I should join the Organizations of the project creator(I had only been the project member before), and it never happened again.

    Hi, i got this issue too.
    "You currently have no access to exception reports. See our store for purchasing options and benefits."

    The project has been transferred to other organization in which I am a user. I am member of project(user)
    I can see analytics, but can't get access to perfomance reporting. Why?

    How can i fix this issue?

    As a general rule, the project must belong to an org with an active pro or plus subscription. If you can private message me the ID of the project in question, I can take a look at it.

    I had access to my performance reports until yesterday, but now I'm getting

    You currently have no access to exception reports. See our store for purchasing options and benefits.

    It's weird since we still have the same valid subscription as yesterday...

    @SevenAdmin, @LeventeSimon, @quako

    We had some issues with the backend service that handles the project entitlements. A bug fix was pushed out last night.

    Could you try accessing the Performance Reporting service again and let me know if you are now able to access it?

    If not, please let me know and I will investigate further.
