    Hi all,

I just bought this app - bit of a no brainer at 19.95usd - and I thought I would pass along the url. It's very similar to Alias Sketchbook and has similar brushes to Painter 9, these guys actually wrote the colour/paint mixer that shipped with Painter 8.

It works great with tablets and I suspect it will prove valauble for making nice textured textures!

There is also a free version, but it doesn't have layers and nor some of the brushes/media as the 'pro' version.

    And yes it's xplatform.

ps. No I don't work for them! Just impressed by the quality of the app.

    Cheers.

I've been using ArtRage since the beta version of 1 for the Mac and bought the full new version (2) last night. It's a blast ... runs smooth and fast and is great for quick dabblings/art/random musings.

It's no Photoshop or Painter IX or Studio Artist (all of which I also own) but can certainly not be beat for it's price versus feature set. It's a joy to use.
