    Hey!
I'm trying to run the newest beta under Arch Linux, but for some reason it has terrible performance. The Profiler, when in Editor mode shows less than 15fps and various processes take a lot of time:

This does not happen under the LTS version, there I get consistent 60fps easily.
Any idea what could be causing this?

    Hi @gorbit99,

If these performance issues are restricted to Playmode, it's most likely due to this issue:
    https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/product/unity/issues/guid/1271213/

    See the discussion here:

If you also experience performance issues outside of Playmode, it would be great if you could submit a bug report for them with a reproduction project attached (unless it happens in an empty project as well). However, please take note that Arch Linux is not a supported distribution so if it ends up being specific to that, chances are that it won't get addressed.

Just the standard 3D project template, no URP attached.

Screenshot above is strictly in edit mode, although it gets much much worse in playmode.
Also it happens with an empty project, but I'll submit a bug report regardless.
