Bug New Unity Hub will not let me sign up!

Hi, i downloaded the new version of Unity Hub and it doesn't let me sign up i press the button but it does nothing. I reinstalled it many times, i deleted all the unity files i had in my pc, registry, temp, Roaming, Local, LocalLow, etc. I manage to open a project from the scene file and it let me open the hub configuration, i tried to load a license file but it does not do anything, i pressed the sing up button on the license section but it does not do anything again. I don't know what to do please help!
I dont have any firewall.
