New texture UI problem

    So since I updated to the 2018 version (I used to use 2015) I get the wrong window when I need to upload a new texture to the terrain and I can't drag and drop instead I have to navigate and find the texture and I can't even load the normal.
    If somebody has an answer to my problem I would appreciate it very much :)
