New terms of service and software agreement?

Saw this notice pop up today, so I went and reviewed the new terms. Haven't done this in awhile, so I'm not sure what's really new.
But there were some provisions in what I did read that looked strange - granting unity the right to access our computers to ensure our compliance, etc.
Is that new? I'd rather not, thank you.

That provision has been around forever. And it's pretty standard on software lisencing.

I've never heard of it being used. But it's always been there.

 

This doesn't look nearly as scary as what your first post made me think of. I think it's reasonable.
