New subscription license issues

got my new pro subscription 2 weeks ago, I activated the license ok on my MacBook Pro. Last week I received a new Windows 10 pc. Unity was installed and activated ok.

But a day later the PCs motherboard died. I received the replacement and its is working again. But I cannot activate unity. I removed myself from active users and then added myself back. I received the same license key via email. There's seems to be no option to reset all as there was with the old system . So I'm stuck. Seems like a pretty massive over site!!!
