I created a brand new project and added the Cinemachine asset, however when the project open there are several errors regarding Cinemachine as noted below:

Assets/Cinemachine/Timeline/CinemachineMixer.cs(2,19): error CS0234: The type or namespace name `Playables' does not exist in the namespace `UnityEngine'. Are you missing an assembly reference?

Not sure what to do about that or why it is happening?

Does this possibly have to with Unity version? When I go to Help > about Unity I see that I am running version 5.4.5p5 personal, should this be Ver. 2017? If so, how do I upgrade? I thought just getting updates within Unity would work.

    Thanks!

I found out the issue if anyone has similar. I had an old version of Unity, once I uninstalled the old version, downloaded and installed the new version, everything worked OK.
