New Organization Not Showing in "Add New" Popup

    I added a new organization today, then tried to create a project for it. In the Add New popup, only my previously existing organizations displayed.

    I've waited several hours (in case it was a caching issue), but the new organization does not show.


    Next, I tried renaming an existing organization. I was able to rename it in my settings, but clicking Add New still shows the original name.

    Trying to create a project to the renamed organization, gives an error that the object does not exist.

    This looks like a caching issue on our end that I will look into getting fixed. Those orgs you created several days ago however should be showing up for you now.

    Same issue with a new organization created today. Will check out tomorrow.

    Ya the issue still remains - we are hoping to get a fix out this week.

    Did you get a fix, because I am still facing that issue.
    Actually I can select organization and transferred the project to it, but cannot get Organization ID in the settings section for that.

    The last post in this thread was 4 years ago so yes it's definitely safe to say this was fixed at the time. It could have been reintroduced however. Which dashboard are you experiencing this with? developer.cloud.unity3d.com or dashboard.unity3d.com?
