New Install Unity in Windows 8.1 get Lavasoft.SearchProtect.WinService.exe error

    Dear All
    Anyone know how to fix the isseus when new install the Unity 5.3 in Windows 8.1 , it keep pop up " unhandled exception ('Syste.IO.IOException') occurred in Lavasoft.SearchProtect.WinService.exe"

    it keep pop up no matter what I have no turn on the Unity. Please help to teach me how to fix?
