New command for skills

    I'm trying to add a new command for an active skill so I created a new userCommand using the inputSystem script and replicated the logic used for other commands(primfire, secfire,...) at defaltCharBehaviourController and itemTypeDefinition scripts. It works fine when I hit the unity play button but when I try to run using the quick start it stops working.
