Other New (beta) Analytics cost

    Thanks for reaching out to us for clarification on Analytics pricing.

    Whilst the new Unity Gaming Services Analytics product is in beta, there is no charge for it. You will only be charged for beta products when they leave beta :)

    You are quite correct though, when Analytics leaves beta the first 25,000,000 events per month will be free, additional events over that will be priced at $0.0027 per 1,000 events.

    If you are trying to figure out what that equates to, a rough rule of thumb would be that a nicely instrumented free to play mobile game will probably be sending ~50 events per player session. If you find yourself recording hundreds of events per player session it generally indicates that your event schema would benefit from some optimization.
