    This asset is designed for creating shooter games of any complexity. With the universal character and camera, you can make first-person, third-person, and top-down games - switch between views right during the game or use separately!

    The universal systems – weapons, enemies, character, cameras, etc. – enable you to add new components to the game in just a few steps. This asset is specially designed in such a way that interaction with it is as simple as possible, thereby significantly reducing the time you need to develop your games.

    For example, you can create a character with weapons or an enemy in less than one minute:


    As well as you can easily adjust positions and rotations of the character's hands using IK:


    Generally, this kit has everything you need to create a shooter game. It also contains a game-ready multiplayer, supports most of the current platforms (Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, Web) and comes with gamepad support.     Because of its usability, anyone with any level of knowledge in Unity and programming can work with it. The detailed documentation and video tutorials help you to explore all the elements quickly.

    Main Features:

    ⭐️ Universal Character and Camera controllers

    You can use any humanoid model with this controller. Also, perfect Root Motion animations will be used with all characters and all states.
    The Camera Controller has TP, FP, and TD views - use all of them or only one, the choice is yours. Also, there are a few modes in Top-down view.



    ⭐️ Universal weapon system

    It contains many weapons types with various attacks (you can use several of them in one weapon); melee system with unarmed mode; varied grenade effects (like flash, smoke, fire, etc). Also, there is the reloading system, adjusting positions with IK, aiming (with different scope types), pick up / drop systems, and much more.

    • Missile attacks

    • Physics shooting

    • Flamethrower attacks

    • Miniguns

    • Melee system (with unarmed mode)



    • Grenade launchers

    • Aim system
    There is the ability to adjust an aiming position manually, use different scope types, set aiming speed, and many other parameters.




    • Grenades with various effects (smoke, flash, explosion, fire)


    ⭐️ Objects detection

    A character can reacts to walls / objects and removes the hands.



    ⭐️ A few characters

    in a single-player game. Switch between them during the game.



    ⭐️ Inventory system

    It contains a weapon wheel, slots for first aid kits, and ammo. Sort and group weapons as you need (by type, for example). Besides, it is very easy to customize UI.



    ⭐️ Pick-up/drop systems

    You can pick up (2 types - with Collider or Raycast) and throw away weapons, use first aid kits and ammunition.



    ⭐️ Full body IK

    As mentioned earlier, there is the ability to adjust positions and rotations of hands, elbows, and fingers for each weapon and each character. And also, feet react to obstacles.


    ⭐️ Universal AI System

    for all Avatar types (Humanoid or Generic). So you can create any enemies as you need (robots, animals, humanoids, zombies, etc) with various weapons and attacks (fire, missiles, bullets, melee).

    Enemies have different states - they can see and hear the player and go looking for him if notice something. And also, during the attack, they can find the most suitable cover and hide behind it. Besides, there is the stealth system and characters can hide from opponents in the grass.





    ⭐️ Creation tools

    Transform your model to game ready character, weapon or enemy in less than a minute (it's really easy, just see the tutorials ;)).

    ⭐️ Photon Multiplayer which includes:

    • Full synchronization of all elements - everything from single-player will work in the network.
    • Constructor for game modes. It has various parameters that can be switched and they will affect the gameplay and UI. So you can create any mode you like (hard-point with the one-shot option and only 2 players on the map plus they have only rocket launchers, why not o_O).
    • Full Game Logic which contains the lobby, loading screens, pre-match games, game over menus, players & match stats, in-game pop-up messages, loadout system, and tons of features (just play the demo or see the video).
    • 10 Modes available "out of the box": Free for All, Team Deathmatch, Hard Point, Domination, Survival, One shot - One kill, Melee Only, Team Survival, Duel, Free Сooperative mode.
    • Custom matches - there is the ability to search/create game rooms (including private ones with passwords).
    • Simple using - you don't need to create anything extra, use single-player characters and weapons in the multiplayer (all components will be added automatically).

    ⭐️ Mobile Control

    Absolutely everything from the main version works on mobile devices (including multiplayer), just build your game and it'll work! Also, you can easily test your project in the editor (set one checkbox and all UI buttons will be displayed).



    ⭐️ As well as many other features:
    • Surfaces system with various hits effects and step sounds.
    • Custom input manager: supports gamepads, mobile input, and keyboard/mouse.
    • Flexible UI system. Adjust the entire game UI (including multiplayer mode) in one place.
    • Hit Zones for characters and enemies (work in all modes, including multiplayer).
    • Audio system with different sounds (shooting, reloading, attacks, steps sounds, enemies audios, etc.)
    • Pack of enemy models (different types of robots, zombies and humans).

    please help i got two errors

    CS0115:`UnityEditor.PackageManager.UI.PopupField<T>.ExecuteDefaultAction(UnityEngine.Experimental.UIElements.EventBase)' is marked as an override but no suitable method found to override

    CS0246: The type or namespace name `BaseTextElement' could not be found. Are you missing an assembly reference?

    So...was looking at updating FPS Starter Kit - Pro and see it's deprecated and that Vadim Gerc store is closed and replaced with Gerc Studio...no more support or upgrade path to this one even....how long before that happens with this one ?....

    But there are a lot of useful things for FPS games.;)

    You should import CrossPlatformInputs from Standard Assets (we wrote about it in the documentation).

    This product needs an inventory system. Instead of automatically equipping a new weapon when the player picks it up add it to an inventory and let the player choose when to equip it.
