Network server on IOS

    Hi;

    Anyone knows how to open a network server on ios app to access a html page like ifile or any other program that use transfer file?
    what i need is my ios application initialize a server and tells me the ip and port than on pc set the ip an port and go to a html or php page inside ios with options upload/download etc.
