    Hey guys,

I am evaluating Unity, and so far I am greatly impressed and almost sold. I do have one question, however.

How good is the networking? For instance, in a typical first person shooter environment, with mountable vehicles, a variety of weapons, terrain indoor/outdoor, what could an estimated cap for the # of players? Heres what I am basing this inquiry off of: On a dialup connection if I were to connect to a tribes2 server I could play smoothly with 32 people. If I were to play Halo, max I could play smoothly with was 6. Unreal Tournament 2004 was 10. That was on a 28.8k dialup connection(thank god I am on broadband nowadays).

Of course bandwidth requirements will change depending on what type of game and what kind of objects are in that game that are critical to the multiplayer gameplay. So I am just looking for an estimate from people who have had experience with the multiplayer functionality of unity. Any information is greatly appreciated!

    Thanks!
