Netcode Optimisation

    when syncing data, should you generally always use bytes to get better performance or does it not matter if you use a float vs a byte if their value is the same?
    also does it make a difference if it always writes every frame the number 0 when the player is still or should you generally avoid writing anything if there's nothing to sync?
