Question Netcode for Gameobjects without using relay?

    When will we have the option to only use relay if Hole punching fails?

    Relay is great but it should be a fall back as its expensive and does give our players more lag due to the extra step of going to the server. Even the unity NGO docs say to use relay as a backup if punch through fails.

    Will unity ever have a introduction server service for the purpose of punch through?

    I want to use NGO but the lack of documentation/options around alternatives to relay is painful.

    In some cases, we'll be playing LAN games. It's vital the NGO supports high-speed LAN-based communications too. As of yet, I'm failing to see how NGO supports this.
