Nested Prefabs not applying Textmeshpro UI changes

    hi @Stephan_B

    I seem to have run into a bug. I can't get unity to apply my textmeshpro UI changes to nested prefabs. Have you seen this kind of bugs before?

    Also I notice nested prefabs freaks out by flashing my monitor on and off when the changelist is this long. :oops:

    What version of TextMesh Pro are you using?

    I did make changes related to this in the latest TMP package which is version 1.4.0-preview.2a.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I'm on 1.3, is it safe to update? :oops:Because I tried updating a bunch of packages a couple weeks ago and some of my scripts got really messed up(I ended up reverting all updates).

    I didn't have time to troubleshoot which tools did it though. I do recall updating TMP in that moment.

    You will want to update to 1.4.0-preview.2a.

    As usual be sure to back up your project first. Then take the time review the following post / thread to watch the following video which will give you better insight on what to expect.
