Nested Prefab

    Thanks for this plugin, bought it three days ago and until now it works like a charm.
    There's one thing, though, that I didn`t figure out. If I work on a nested prefab in the scene, and hit apply, all works fine, and the changes are propagated to all instances. But if I change the instanciated prefab in the project-hierarchy (not scene) then it's changes are not applied automatically to all instances in the scene? It works the other way, too, but this would be nice, since basic prefabs also work both ways. Is there a way to do that?

    Hi, is this plugin still being supported? Because I'm having a bug that's making this plugin useless, and I can't find anywhere to report it except this thread.

    Whenever I click "apply" in the Nested Prefab Editor window, any references to any game objects that I've dragged into the inspector window become blank.

    Here's what it looks like before I click "apply"...
