Question Needing help making cusom led light shader graph

Hi all

So long story shirt, im trying to find the best way to replicate some of the led effects attatched in the link below.

The led light will be attatched to a character, and swap out to different materials thoughout the duration of time the character is on screen

The scrolling rainbow gradients that crawl along the led set has me absolutely stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
