Hi! Thanks for reading. I am totally new to Unity and I'm wanting to learn it by creating an idea that I have. So, essentially what I want to do is have a game where you build a base/location from an asset bundle of 3D models. Can someone tel me from a high level what direction I should take? All of my models will be made in Blender and be UV Map textured. How should I prepare my Unity project to be able to load in these models with textures in tact? I've gone as far as to mess around and load some of my models into a scene and assign their textures, which I did successfully. But, how can I load up these assets at runtime and drop them in a scene, making sure the textures are properly attached?

    Thanks for your time! :)

Ok, so I just read that I can use resources folders for this. So, can I load all of my models into Unity and prepare them for use within the project at runtime? I'm using free Unity, not pro. My main concern is: how do I load my textures to my objects properly and load them into the scene at runtime?
