Need help with Bolt - Hit registration not working

Is anyone familiar with Bolt? I'm trying to recreate what Brackey's did in his Melee Combat tutorial, but with Bolt. I'm basically trying to test hit registration.

The problem is that whenever I hit the enemy, there is no message being posted to the Unity Console. On exit I'm getting the message that I'm done, meaning that nothing is actually being looped through in my for each.
Anyone have an idea why that could be? I've tried listing everything you need to know on screen, but if you need further information please let me know.
