Need help with an imported 3d model

    I bought a 3d model on turbosquid and the blendshapes for the faces are all off to the side when I import the model into unity. I am using a lip sync program for animating the faces and I cant get it to recognize the face shapes as blend shapes. Do I need to take the model into 3dsmax or something and fix it? And how would I go about doing that?
