(need help)vfx how make Soft Additive blendmode

    addivtive mode is too bright. additive.png how to make the Soft Additive blendmode? default blendmode missing this...

    Hey @flyer19 ,

    Have you tried adding a Set Color block to your output and set a darker color to your particles?

    In your screenshot, you don't have any orientation set to your particles, so they will by default just face forward. What you are seeing in that gap is that you are looking at flat quads from the side. You need to add a Orient: Face Camera block to chose where you want your particles to face.

    Thanks ! soft additive mode will be soft than additive setting darken color.And ,Meet new problem,the color changed when zoom in out with colsed the fog.. bug1.png bug2.png

    Hi, sorry not sure what you mean by this.
    If it's a fog issue, check out this forum post. If the issue is that the particle size makes the effect look faded when you zoom out, check out this forum post. If it's something else, can you please explain the issue in more detail?
