    Hello @jakzun2011 ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

That is incorrect. You can find the App Store ID in the URL of your game in App Store:
    https://itunes.apple.com/app/<your_app_store_id>.

Please note that if your game is not yet available in the US App Store, our lookup tool will not find it and you will be unable to add it to the system. If this is the case, please contact our support at support@everyplay.com and we can set it up for you.
    If you include yo

    Hope this helps!

    Hello @jakzun2011 ,

    Thanks for the clarification.

Can you try setting the id / package name of your app to the field 'Google Play Package Name'?
The field 'App Store ID' is reserved for Apple / iTunes App Store ID.

The format itself looks correct, although you shouldn't prefix the package name with the "id=" part.

    Hope this helps!

If you are having further issues with this, please contact our support at support@everyplay.com and we can help you out. If you contact us from the e-mail you used to create the developer profile on Everyplay and include your client_id and package name in the initial e-mail, it will speed up the process.

    Cheers,
    Simo
