Need Help! My Scene Wont Remove.

I have this scene, and when I play it everything is normal. When I exit play mode there is a copy of the scene in the hierarchy except it says it's loading. When I right click to remove it nothing happens. The real problem is that I cant save my scene since there's another one open. When I restart unity I can remove it. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong. Please help me, progress is nearly impossible.


Other details:

• When my character dies I am reloading the scene with the single mode
• I have a gamedata object that doesn't destroy on load.
• Could these details be affecting anything?
