Feedback need better visual feedback for lock

see how update to 8.2.0 button is grayed out, what's the cause of it? see that tiny "work in progress" icon in the upper left corner? that's the cause. So the state of the button that is in the lower right quadrant depends on the state of the icon in the upper left corner.
That's not good.
What needs to happen is linked state needs to show link visually.
In this GUI there is such ample real estate that a "update HDRP" label can be added to the left of the "update to 8.2.0" button. But this wouldn't work in other part of the editor UI
So an alternative is to add a "WIP" logo overlapping the button and tooltip indicate the source of lock.
Another alternative is to highlight the source of lock when clicking or hovering above the grayed out button.
