    Hi,

I have been making a terrain system and in start I used normal 2D grass texture to place grasses which works with wind, looks okay but does not gives an accurate look. You can only see it from two sides (Front and back)

What I want to do is to make 2 Quads with the grass texture in an Cross (X) formation which will be visible from all four sides.

This is what a default 2D grass on a terrain looks like:

This is what I have in mind and would like to place it on the terrain using 'Add detail mesh' or whatever is the better method.

This is what I got after trying it with different methods: (The grass I place goes under the terrain and it misplaces the child object)

Any solutions on how do I fix this issue?

After looking at the tags I might have posted this in the wrong board but it said 'General support' so... here I am. (Probably used the wrong tags too)

Fixed the issue. Had to create the quad model in blender and set the origin at the bottom, however, had to disable space transformation for rotation issues.
