NavMesh two neighbor polygon not share a edge?

    I want export navmesh to use in gameserver.
    I baked a simple navmesh looked like this:
    navmesh1.png
    navmesh.png
    In my opinion the edge of A and B should have same vertex.
    Is this a bug?
    Or what should I do with this situation, triangulation by myself?
    Unity version is 2017.2.1
